At Empowering Therapy, my mission is to provide safe, compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic therapy that empowers individuals to heal and thrive. I believe in the transformative power of listening to understand, which is essential for building a strong therapeutic relationship and empowering others to move toward change.
About Caroline
I am a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker and South Carolina Telehealth credentialed (#1350) therapist with over 30 years of experience in clinical, program development and supervisory roles in a variety of settings from domestic violence shelters, hospitals, school based mental health and family systems programs. I have worked with children, teens, adults and families. I am now using my knowlege and experience to work directly with clients to empower them to become their best selves.
I am experienced working with domestic violence, relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, parenting, career/workplace difficulties and life transitions. I utilize an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy to meet my clients where they are and to move forward at their own pace drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities.
I provide a compassionate, empathetic and empowering counseling style that builds rapport with clients to help them move toward healing. I am here to help you take the next steps toward creating change and living a happier and healthier you.
